Esterle Mold Designs and Machining is a complete manufacturing facility specializing in plastic injection mold building, plastic injection molding, and also has the capabilities to meet your forged tooling and machining needs. We offer a wide range of expertise in the design, engineering and building of all type molds using all types of mold building steels. We offer mold try-out, qualification, and part production using our own seven Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machines ranging from 100 to 1500 ton. For your larger forged tooling and machining needs, we offer both large modern CNC and manual horizontal boring mills as well as vertical machining centers.
