Plant lifting capacity features three, five, ten, fifteen, and twenty-five ton overhead cranes, plus internal handling equipment. However, with outside lifting help, machine load capacity can be pushed upwards to 80.000 lbs.
What is the largest machining job that Esterle can handle?
Esterle can handle a 200" x 118" machining job on a manual machine and a 152" x 98" machining job on a CNC machine.

Esterle has built many injection molds that will run in a 1500 ton machine and our capacity will exceed that.
What are normal operating hours at Esterle?
Esterle operates 24 hours per day, five days per week, with additional operating time on Saturdays.
What are the shipping/receiving hours at Esterle?
Normal shipping/receiving hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday? Special arrangements can be made if needed.

Esterle is able to offer mold sampling and qualification using our own seven Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machines ranging from 100 ton to 1500 ton.
