Our facility specializes in plastic injection molds for engineering, plastic injection molding, and forged tooling and machining. In addition to creating molds, we also offer our clients extensive expertise in the design, engineering, and building of all types of molds using all types of mold building steels.

“Mold making takes precision design and quality tooling. At ESTERLE, we pride ourselves on our professional work, because we know mold making inside and out.”

Established on Quality – Grown on Precision

ESTERLE Mold & Machine Co. was established in 1976 by its Chairman, Adam ESTERLE. During its 38 years of operation, ESTERLE Mold & Machine has grown into a fully equipped mold and machine company offering the most up-to-date forged tooling and machining technology. At ESTERLE, we make injection molds for all plastic parts applications, including structural foam and compression molds for all products used in a variety of industries. For the food industry, we use only FDA approved molded parts.  And no run is too large or too small; we have seven injection molding machines to suit all your production needs.

Creating Quality Products for Every Need

At ESTERLE, we don’t just produce plastic injection mold items. We are able to design and create molds for all types of plastic part applications, as well as create transfer and compression molds for fiberglass products. In addition, we offer mold try-out, qualification, and part production using our seven Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machines. For larger forged tooling and machining needs we also offer larger CNC and manual horizontal boring mills and vertical machining centers.
