Since 1976, ESTERLE Mold & Machine Co., Inc. has offered the very latest in forged tooling, machining, mold making, and mold engineering, technology, and production services. With manufacturing capacity up to 30 tons, there’s no job too big or too small.

Our forged tooling capacity and expertise, as well as all of our services, boasts ISO 9001:2008 certification. At ESTERLE, we engineer and produce forged dies, tooling systems, trim tooling, and tool exchange systems. For larger forged tooling needs, we also offer larger CNC and manual horizontal boring mills and vertical machining centers.

Our machining services are limited only by your imagination. ESTERLE offers complete bolster systems, heavy machining services, and manufacturing and repair services. For larger machining needs, we also offer larger CNC and manual horizontal boring mills and vertical machining centers.

The quality of any product is dependent on its original design and engineering. At ESTERLE, our team of engineers uses only the latest and technologically advanced tools, from 3D CAD applications to CNC and manual horizontal boring mills and vertical machining centers to Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machines. Our engineers have the experience to offer cost-efficient solutions and reduced cycle times, making the most of lean manufacturing principles.

Precision and versatility define our mold-making capabilities. The engineers at ESTERLE design and create molds for all types of plastic part applications, from pipe fittings and PVC molds to collapsible core molds and custom injection molds. Our production capabilities allow us to create transfer and compression molds for fiberglass products as well. We offer mold try-out, qualification and part production by using our seven Cincinnati Milacron injection-molding machines.

Advanced injection molding equipment offers economy of scale. At ESTERLE, we’re capable of running production regardless of size or quantity for all types of plastic parts. With seven injection molding machines, ranging in size from 100 to 1,500 tons, and two on-site 60,000 lb. silos, ESTERLE offers 24 hours per day operations, five days a week, with additional operating time available on Saturdays.
